Week 7-Chapter 7
Chapter 7 was one of the more complex chapters for me. A lot of the material was new to me. Hardware and software infrastructure seems very complex and complicated. IT success metrics was also another new topic for me. I was not aware of the different kinds of metrics until this chapter such as efficiency and effectiveness metrics, web-centric metrics, etc. The chapter overall was very knowledgeable for me.

A lot of the material was foreign to me also, but I did eventually comprehend it. I think that success metric will help us all out if we ever come into a position that demands it. We will already have a leg up in the position.
