Week 6-Chapter 6
Chapter 6 was about systems development, the phases, tools, and techniques. I learned about the seven phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and what each phase entails. The chapter also talked about component-based development, selfsourcing, prototyping, and outsourcing. It was all very interesting to learn about. I have heard of some of the topics but never know much about them. Prototyping was one of my favorite topics to really learn about in this chapter.

Prototyping is a very cool subject, and if one were lucky enough to find themselves in a position that required them to develop these as a job, they could look back and use this information.
